Salary recommendations are submitted and reviewed by ODoF on an annual basis as part of the Salary Review Process (SRP). The SRP web application should be used to submit recommendations for salary increases and supporting materials.

Note: Although chairs and directors distribute the basic pool based on performance during February - March – April, the basic pool amount is not formally approved by the Board of Trustees until late March. If the pool amount were to change based on a decision by the Board of Trustees, that change would be uniformly applied across those receiving an increase that year.
